It was my first time snorkeling and I felt safe and comfortable. The staff member, Kana, immediately remembered the names and faces of all the participants. She checked on everyone the whole time we were swimming in the ocean, including making sure we weren't being swept away by the waves. It was thanks to the captain and the staff of Mahalo that we were taken to a beautiful place and were able to enjoy it safely. Thank you very much.
I had the Imgae Marine Garden all to myself during the early morning SUP, and enjoyed the beautiful ocean while chatting with GEN, our guide! We moved on to snorkeling at Shigira Beach, which was fun even for beginners, and we even met a sea turtle, which was a great memory. Our guide, Fu-chan, did her best to dive and take pictures for us, and it was a memorable experience that will stay with us for a long time. We woke up early so we could make good use of our time. The snorkeling tour at Sapphire Cave was truly amazing! The water was so clear that it was like being in another world.
