Q. Can I participate in tours during menstruation?
If you do not have menstrual cramps or other severe symptoms, going into the sea is not a good idea.No problem.are. Wetsuits are always worn on ocean tours. The suit is thick and black in color, so in case of leakage, it will not be noticed by others.
You may also participate in the tour using sanitary products. Tampons can be used and sanitary napkins can be used with regular swimsuits.
Q. What is the difference between the two?I am pregnant.Sorry, pregnant women are not allowed to participate.Q. I wear contacts. Should I take them off?Soft contact lenses are fine, but they can be lost and should be used at your own risk. Hard contact lenses are not recommended, as they are easily removed, lost, or damaged.

However, the dive sites we use are mainly in the in-reef (shallow water), so basically we dive at a maximum of 5 meters.
