If a reservation is cancelled for the customer's convenience, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows

Up to 8 days in advance: free of charge
7 to 2 days prior to the event: 20% of the registration fee
Day before/on the day of the event: 100% of the registration fee

*Please take care of your physical condition at your own risk. Diving is not permitted for those who have a cold, congestion, hangover, lack of sleep, or are pregnant.

*You will not be allowed to board a plane for at least 18 hours after a repetitive dive. If possible, please allow at least 24 hours before boarding.

*Please consult your doctor in advance if you have any concerns about your physical condition or if you are currently undergoing regular treatment or medication.

*This plan is available only in Japanese. For your safety, it is necessary for you to understand the guide's explanations accurately. If you have difficulty speaking Japanese, we may ask you to refrain from participating in the tour for safety reasons.
