		Flow of Use
(i)		Pick-up at Miyako Airport or Shimojishima Airport or at your accommodation The ➡︎ store is about a 5-minute drive from Miyako Airport. Or, please visit the store directly.
(2)		Lending procedures and explanations Rental and payment procedures are available at ➡︎ store. We will explain precautions, insurance coverage, vehicle condition and equipment.
(iii)		Departure ➡︎Departure time is as short as 15 minutes after arrival at the airport.
4)		Return rental car Please return to the business office by the time specified by ➡︎. After returning the car, our staff will take you to Miyako Airport.

Special note on loaning out

*All drivers, within the validity perioddriver's licenseis required.(*We will make a copy on the day of the event due to insurance coverage in case of an accident.)

*Fees are as followsprepaymentPlease make payment prior to departure as payment will be made inCash and credit card payments are accepted. Payment can also be made at the time of reservation by credit card in advance.

*On loan,We will explain the rental agreement and ask you to sign it.Before departure, we will check the rental car together to see if there are any scratches or defects.

Special instructions for return

*Please return the rental car with a full tank of gas. If you return the car without a full tank, you will be charged according to the mileage.

*Please be sure to contact us if you wish to extend the rental time. Please be sure to observe this rule, as extending the rental period without prior notice may cause inconvenience to the next rental customer. In such cases, a prescribed penalty fee will be charged.

*We will re-check the rental car for any scratches or defects that you may have noticed at the time of departure upon your return. If there are any new scratches on the car body, we will liquidate the amount.

Return time for same-day and overnight rentals

*The rates are the same between 9:00 and 19:00.

*The maximum return time is 7:00 p.m. Please be sure to keep the time specified at the time of rental.

*As a rule, rental cars can be rented and returned at stores located 5 minutes by car from Miyakojima Airport.

*Our staff will pick you up at Miyako Airport, Shimojijima Airport, or your accommodation if you request a pick-up service.

*Hirara Port can allocate cars to nearby affiliated parking lots. Please inform us of your arrival flight number and time in advance.

*After returning the rental car, our staff will take you to Miyako Airport, Shimojijima Airport, or your accommodation.
