Cancellation Policy

If no notice is received within 30 minutes of the reserved boarding time, the cancellation will be considered as no-call cancellation, and the cancellation fee will be 100% of the basic fare.

About indemnification

If you purchase an indemnity plan, it basically includes coverage for bodily injury, property, vehicle, and personal injury, but there are cases where vehicle coverage is not included, so please check in advance.

Requests for return

Please return your baggage at least 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to your flight.
It may take a considerable amount of time to get to the airport and to complete the procedures at the airport.
We ask for your cooperation in returning your equipment in time for your flight.

When returning a rental car, please return it with a full tank of fuel.
Please refuel at the nearest gas station before returning the car.
In the event that refueling is not possible, a predetermined fuel charge will be assessed based on the distance traveled.
However, this is limited to cases where the customer has not refueled once during the period of use.
*If you refueled at least once during your visit, please bring all receipts for all the times you refueled during your visit.

If you wish to extend the contracted time, please contact the departure store in advance.
Please note that a penalty fee determined separately by our company will be charged in the event that you exceed the limit without notifying us.

Erase the memory locations and history of the car navigation system.
If you do not know how to operate the equipment, please ask our staff when you return it.

Please be careful not to forget anything in the car.
