I was worried that bringing my young child along might be a bother, but since we had the tour all to ourselves and the guide was so kind and supportive, we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. My child was thrilled to see the fish through the transparent kayak. If I had to mention one thing, the waves were a bit high and the kayak rocked a little, so parents of children who get seasick easily might want to be cautious.

I’ve visited Miyako Island several times, but this was my first time trying a clear-bottom kayak. The beauty of the coral reef viewed from the transparent bottom of the kayak was the most breathtaking sight I’ve ever seen on any of my trips to Miyako Island… The aerial footage taken with a drone was also amazing, and it became the best souvenir of my trip.
