First, we climbed into our private clear kayak and slowly paddled out toward the crystal-clear waters of Miyako Island. Next, we gazed at the coral reefs spreading out beneath our feet and the fish swimming around us, experiencing the strange sensation of floating right in the ocean (sweat). My grandchild was with us too, and thanks to the stable kayak, they were overjoyed and didn’t feel the slightest bit scared. The footage captured by the drone was amazing, and it turned out to be the best family vacation ever.

I was worried that bringing my young child along might be a bother, but since we had the tour all to ourselves and the guide was so kind and supportive, we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. My child was thrilled to see the fish through the transparent kayak. If I had to mention one thing, the waves were a bit high and the kayak rocked a little, so parents of children who get seasick easily might want to be cautious.

I’ve visited Miyako Island several times, but this was my first time trying a clear-bottom kayak. The beauty of the coral reef viewed from the transparent bottom of the kayak was the most breathtaking sight I’ve ever seen on any of my trips to Miyako Island… The aerial footage taken with a drone was also amazing, and it became the best souvenir of my trip.
