Cases of refusal of participation

* Please note that pregnant women are not allowed to participate in all courses for safety reasons.

* Please be sure to consult with us first if you have any health concerns regarding your participation in the tour, such as medication, asthma (childhood asthma), epilepsy, seizures, hyperventilation, high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, or mental illness.

* For safety management reasons, only those who can speak and understand Japanese are allowed to participate. If it is determined that you do not understand the explanation, we may refuse your participation.

About Camera Rental

Available for rent on the day of the event, if available.(Advance application is not possible). You can bring your own data card or use one of the cards sold at our store (4GB, 400+ shots (including movies), 1200 yen).

*Please bring an SD card, micro SD card, or a new card with a large amount of free space. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the data will not be overwritten on a card with existing data. If you are concerned about this, we recommend using a card that we sell.

*We will return the data card as is after the course. We do not develop photos or burn CD-Rs.

*Please note that memory stick cards or SD cards used in cell phones and smartphones cannot be used.

《 Regarding Yaebise snorkeling 》

*If the waves are high or the wind is strong, it may be difficult to take you to the Yaegase depending on the conditions. In that case, we will change the plan to "Snorkel + Fish Explanation Plan" around Ikema Island.Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations made accordingly.

Cancellation fee for this plan 》

Cancellation or change of order by the customer will be subject to the following charges.

2 days before: 0% of tour fee
By 4:00 p.m. on the day before the tour: 501 TP3T of the tour fee
After 4:00 p.m. on the day before - on the day of the tour: 1001 TP3T of the tour price
(This includes changes due to late arrivals)

*In the case of a medical condition that was not reported at the time of reservation, or if you are not in good health on the day of the event, or if you are out of the age range for participation,Cancellation by the customer is treated as a cancellation for the customer's own reason.Please pay close attention to your physical condition as well. Please understand that the number of seats is limited.

*You may not participate in the event if you have been drinking, are under the influence of alcohol, or have a hangover. Please refrain from drinking alcohol the day before.

*If you are found to be under the influence of alcohol, you will not be allowed to participate in the tour and will be charged 1001 TP3T of the reserved tour fee.

(No cancellation fee will be charged if the tour is cancelled due to force majeure such as bad weather or flight cancellation.)

Number of participants and ages

*We receive many inquiries from people under 5 years old or over 61 years old, but please note that we are unable to provide information for people who are not of the above ages. Even if you apply, we will not be able to accept your application. We are not able to offer boarding only.

*If there are no other participants, the tour will be cancelled and no tour will be offered.

*For safety management reasons, we do not accept persons over 40 years of age to participate in tours alone.
