Cancellation fee for this plan 》

◆If you wish to cancel your reservation after it has been confirmed, please contact us as soon as possible. In case of cancellation for your convenience, the following cancellation fee will be charged.

Please note that we may not be able to meet your request if there are no vacancies due to the time of year or availability. Please understand in advance.

Cancellation on the day or without notice: 100% of the reservation fee

About the tour

The tour will be cancelled in case of bad weather (heavy rain or thunder) or high waves or approaching typhoon. Basically, the guide will contact you by 8:00 p.m. one day prior to the tour. If the weather forecast is wrong and the weather is bad from the morning of the tour, the tour may be canceled on the morning of the tour.

*Since there are no coin lockers at the tour sites, please keep your valuables in the rental car on your own. Leave everything except for the tour fee at your hotel.

*Wearing a wetsuit can ensure buoyancy. It is recommended for those who cannot swim. Wetsuits also protect the body from dangerous organisms (jellyfish, etc.), injury, and sunburn.

*Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in case of emergency.If you have a chronic disease, you must have a medical certificate from your family doctor stating that it is safe for you to swim.

Guests on their menstrual periods are welcome to participate as long as it does not interfere with their daily routine. Tampons are generally the most convenient menstrual sanitary products, but sanitary napkins are also acceptable for those who are not accustomed to using them. In either case, please change into a new one as soon as possible after snorkeling.

Q. What is the difference between the two?Are there changing rooms and showers available?

Some points have it and some do not.
Where there is not, we will come prepared with water or hot water. Please wear swimsuits.

Q. Is a kindergartener also charged as a child?
