Rental Flow

(1) After arriving at Miyako Airport, our staff will be waiting with a white board in the arrival lobby just outside the baggage claim area.

(2) After meeting up, we will guide you to the pick-up car and please move with us.

(3) After picking up the car at our restaurant, we will explain the situation and ask you to sign the rental certificate to complete the explanation.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 10 days before the reserved boarding date: Free of charge
9 to 3 days prior to the reserved boarding date: 20% of the rental fee
2 days prior to the reserved boarding date - 1 day prior to the reserved boarding date: 30% of the rental fee
Reservation date and after the date of the reservation: 50% of the rental fee
Cancellations made after 6:00 p.m. will be treated as cancellations for the following day.
*Full refunds will be given for cancellations not caused by the customer's circumstances, such as typhoons.

The conditions of use are that the driver's license must have been obtained at least one year ago.

International driver's license and passport are required for rentals to foreign nationals.
International Driver's License: A license issued by a member state of the Geneva Convention in accordance with the form of that Convention. International driver's licenses issued under the Vienna Convention, the EU Union, or other forms cannot be used to drive in Japan.

The regular and (top) season rates are the full-day season rate of 22,500 yen (tax included)/night for reservations made for periods that cross over.
