We can provide childcare at your home or at the hotel where you are staying, but we can also accompany you for weddings and wedding photos, and play outside (at the park).

We are ready and waiting for qualified sitters to take care of your children with peace of mind!

After-hours childcare is also available.
We are flexible to your requests!

If you are worried about taking your child on a tour that is only available at night...don't worry! You can leave your child with us until up to 24:00, so please feel free to join our tours with peace of mind.

Introduction of the sitter

I was born and raised in Miyako Island. I am currently raising a 13-year-old boy and an 8-year-old girl.

After working at a licensed childcare facility, a childcare support center, a disability support category certification surveyor, and a small-scale daycare center, I started "Miyakojima Babysitter I.RO.".

For your peace of mind, we will share information about your child in a 10-minute interview prior to the visit.

Cancellation Fee for this Plan

◆Cancellation fees shall be as follows
From 5:00 p.m. 2 days to 5:00 p.m. 1 day prior to the date of use: 50% of the scheduled fee
Cancellation after 5:00 p.m. one day prior to the date of use or on the day of use without notice: 100% of the scheduled fee

However, if a storm warning is in effect for Miyakojima City, no cancellation fee will be charged. (The center will be closed if a Miyakojima City storm warning is in effect at 8:00 a.m. when the center opens.)

*In principle, additional fees for the day of service should be paid on the day of service. In the event of non-payment of user fees, etc., the next reservation cannot be accepted. In addition, if the arrearage exceeds one month, the user shall pay the user fee in arrear and a late payment charge at the rate of 14.6% per annum from the day following the due date for payment.

*Service Provider may cancel reservations in the event that provision of the Service becomes extremely difficult due to reasons not caused by Service Provider's intention or negligence, such as natural disasters, inclement weather, or suspension or delay of public transportation. In addition, Service Provider shall be exempt from liability for any damage incurred by the User as a result of such cancellation. 

*If your child has any infectious diseases or a history of illnesses (allergies, asthma, seizures, etc.) that require attention, the user must inform the service provider of this at the time of reservation request.

*When providing this service, the Service Provider will verbally confirm the presence or absence of infectious diseases, etc., but will not be obligated to investigate further. In addition, even if infection of infectious diseases, etc. is suspected or recognized between the Service Provider and the User or the Child, the Service Provider and the User shall not seek mutual compensation for damages.

1. In providing this service, we do not accept the following

Service Provider shall not be liable for any damage caused by the User's violation of the following items and Service Provider's unavoidable involvement in such violation.
(i) Service providers will not provide services in transactions other than those of the user.
(ii) The service provider will not undertake any matters other than the services to be provided in order to prioritize the safety of the child.

2. In order to prevent accidents, loss of items, or damage to children during the course of the Service, Users shall agree to the following items and take the necessary measures. Even if Users incur damages due to the following items, which are not caused by the intentional or negligent actions of Service Provider, Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages.
(1) Users shall be responsible for managing their own valuables.
(ii) Users shall take precautionary measures against accidents and damage or loss of items that can generally be foreseen in advance.

1. No medical treatment (purposeful action by a licensed physician or nurse) will be performed in connection with the provision of this service.

In the unlikely event that the Child's medical condition deteriorates during or after the provision of the Services, Service Provider shall be indemnified, except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of Service Provider.

Medication should be prescribed and administered in accordance with the doctor's order. When requesting medication, please fill in the details on the application checklist and hand in the medication (one dose at a time) to the service provider on the same day. Medication cannot be given based on symptoms such as "if you have a fever" or "if you have a cough.

4. We may not accept children who are sick due to infectious diseases or have symptoms such as fever, vomiting, or diarrhea. If a child has a fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius, we will contact the parent/guardian to pick up the child. Please pick up your child even if he/she becomes sick for early treatment. In the unlikely event of an injury or medical condition that requires a hospital visit, we will contact the parents/guardians as soon as possible. In case of emergency, an ambulance will be called and instructions will be followed.

《《 Handling of Personal InformationAbout 》

1. Service Provider may use Users' and Children's personal information for the following purposes, to which Users agree.

(1) Provision of services to users (contacting users to adjust reservations, managing payments, etc.).
(ii) Internal materials used by the service provider for the purpose of statistics, service improvement and enhancement.

2. Service Provider will store Users' personal information in an appropriate and secure manner.

3. Service Provider shall not provide Users' personal information to third parties without Users' consent except in the following cases.

(i) With the consent of the person in question.
(ii) When it is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of an individual (when it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual).
(iii) In accordance with the Child Welfare Law or other laws and regulations.
(iv) When a court, public prosecutor's office, police, or other public agency requests disclosure of personal information based on legal grounds.

Service Providers and Users shall not disclose or divulge to any third party any information obtained through the use of the Service.
