Facility Overview
Minshuku Ujiu is a homelike guest house located in Shimoji, Miyakojima. A 5-minute bicycle ride from the guest house takes you to Maehama Beach, which is said to have the cleanest ocean in the East. The motto of the guest house Uiguzu is "to cherish encounters, interactions, and exchanges. The owner has participated in more than 10 triathlon competitions and accepts triathlon athletes. The guest house also offers agricultural experience and camping with reservations. Rooms are Japanese-style in the main building and Western-style in the annex and dormitory, and are equipped with air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, and hair dryer. In the common space, there is a kitchen, shower room, and washing machine, all of which can be used free of charge. If you apply for a rental car with your stay, you can get a discount of 1,000 yen.
