    Hunausagibanata is an observatory with a statue of a migratory bird as its symbol, located in the northern part of Irabu. This migratory bird is a species of bird called the "Sashiba," which flies in during the fall season, and the statue is very cool because of its dynamic appearance, as if it is about to take off at any moment.

    The name of the observatory, Funausagibanata, means a cape that looks out for ships in the dialect of Irabu Island, and you can see ships sailing around Irabu Island. The Ikema and Ikema Ohashi bridges can be seen in the surrounding area, and at night you can see the star-filled sky and the ships running with a few lights.
