The menu is supervised by Yasuhiro Tomari, who trained in French cuisine at several points, including Paris, and was the executive chef of Restaurant État d'esprit, a restaurant where you can enjoy Okinawan cuisine.

Glamping Dinner
This glamping dinner course features carefully selected ingredients from Miyako Island, grilled in front of your eyes by professionals.
The setting is Nagasaki Beach, located at the southernmost tip of Kushima Island, which has been passed down from generation to generation by the islanders as a place to welcome the gods.
