I took part in a package tour on Miyako Island that combined sea turtle snorkeling with other water sports. The chances of encountering sea turtles were really high, and I was able to swim with them as soon as I got in the water. The other activities that followed, such as the banana boat ride, were also very enjoyable, and the staff did a great job ensuring everyone’s safety. I had a truly wonderful day.

Our kids had a blast. I was worried about whether they’d be able to swim with the sea turtles, but the staff kindly adjusted to our kids’ pace and helped them out, so we were able to spot them right away. The water sports in the second half were also thrilling, and we shared lots of laughs as a family in the beautiful ocean, creating wonderful memories.

Although I was traveling alone, the instructor was very friendly and chatted with me, so I was able to enjoy motor paragliding without feeling lonely. The view of Miyako Island’s coral reefs from 200 meters above was so breathtaking it left me speechless—it was a luxurious moment of complete immersion in nature. It became one of the best memories of my solo trip.
