Q. What happens in case of rain or other weather conditions?

We will set a backup date in advance, and we will try to arrange for the best possible shooting conditions while the couple is on the island. If there are concerns about the weather, we will discuss this with the couple, but the final decision will be made by the client.

We can change the shooting date within a year.
In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather or other reasons, please understand that we will follow our cancellation policy.

However, no cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations due to natural calamities such as typhoons.

Q. Is a prior meeting necessary?

There is no prior meeting. Costume selection, hair and makeup, and desired scenes will all be done on the day of the shoot.

If you have a firm idea of where you would like to shoot and the poses you would like to take, you can let us know in advance and we can discuss the details.

Q. Can you accommodate my wishes and images for the shoot?

We will proceed with the shooting according to your desired scene and image.
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate all requests due to weather or other conditions on the day of the tour, as the event takes place in nature.

For example, if you have a specific image in mind, such as "this image on this sandy beach," please consult with us in advance so that we can check the difference in tides and the position of the sun.

Q. What should I do if I want to bring my own dress?

If renting from a dress store, please follow the costume store's rules as they will probably provide you with a carrying bag or similar.

If you purchase the items yourself, please manage them all at your own risk.
We recommend hanging it in a closet to avoid wrinkles.

Q. How should I do my hair and makeup, etc.?

Makeup and hair will be done in consultation with the stylist on the day of the event.
If you have a desired hair set, please bring a picture of it.
