Cancellation Policy

In the event that a reservation is cancelled for the customer's convenience, the following cancellation fee will be charged

Up to 8 days prior to tour: free of charge
7 to 2 days prior to the tour:50% of tour fee％
Day before - day of tour:10% of tour fee0 percent

Cancellations and changes must be made by phone during business hours up to 3 days in advance.

No cancellation fee will be charged in case of typhoon, poor sea conditions, or cancellation decision by the captain or guide.

Special note 》

*There are no convenience stores on Tarama Island. Since the opening hours of stores and restaurants are limited, please prepare water and snacks in advance in Miyako Island or elsewhere.

*雷・強風・海況悪化がない限り、雨天でも原則開催します。

*ライフジャケットは法的義務に基づき活動中は必ず着用してください。

*船長・ガイドの指示に従えない場合はツアーを中断します（返金なし）。

*酒気を帯びた状態での参加・活動中の飲酒は固く禁止します。

*体調に不安がある方は事前にお申し出ください。

*スマートフォン・釣具等の携行品の紛失・破損・水濡れについては、当方に重大な過失がある場合を除き責任を負いかねます。
