Cancellation Policy

In the event that a reservation is cancelled for the customer's convenience, the following cancellation fee will be charged

Up to 8 days prior to tour: free of charge
7 to 2 days prior to the tour:50% of tour fee％
Day before - day of tour:10% of tour fee0 percent

Cancellations and changes must be made by phone during business hours up to 3 days in advance.

No cancellation fee will be charged in case of typhoon, poor sea conditions, or cancellation decision by the captain or guide.

*There are no convenience stores on Tarama Island. Since the opening hours of stores and restaurants are limited, please prepare water and snacks in advance in Miyako Island or elsewhere.

*Children of elementary school age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

*Pregnant women are not allowed to attend.

*Participation may be denied to those who have been drinking.

*Tour content is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or sea conditions.
