*Before ApplyingSnorkeling Health ChecklistVerification is required. If any of these items apply to you, you must provide a doctor’s note on the day of the event (issued within the past year, or—if you are currently under medical observation—issued within one week prior to the event date).
The medical certificate must explicitly state that you are “fit to participate in snorkeling.” If this is not stated, you will not be able to participate in the tour.

*Participants who experience any of the following symptoms on the day of the tour will not be permitted to participate
◎Fever, overexertion, fatigue, lack of sleep, diarrhea, dehydration, alcohol consumption, hangover
◎Pain anywhere in the body, numbness in the hands or feet, dizziness
◎ A feeling of congestion in the ears, nose, and sinuses
◎During Pregnancy

*Individuals enrolled in Japan's public health insurance (must present proof of enrollment on the day of the visit)

*On the day of the activity, you will fill out the form with the information from the snorkeling medical check sheet listed above and a report on your current physical condition. If any of the applicable items apply to you or if you are feeling unwell, you will not be permitted to participate or board the boat unless you have a doctor’s note.

*Participants who fall under any of the above categories, those who are not enrolled in Japan’s public health insurance, or those who arrive late for the meeting time will be denied participation and will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

*Other Important Notes: • Guides and registration forms are available only in Japanese. For safety reasons, participants who are unable to communicate in Japanese will not be permitted to participate. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

*Minors must have parental consent and be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

*For safety reasons, individuals who are 195 cm or taller, weigh 90 kg or more, or have a BMI of 30 or higher are not permitted to participate. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

*We may ask you to verify your age on the day of the event. If you are unable to present a valid form of identification at that time, you will not be permitted to participate for safety reasons. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

*If you are unable to follow the instructions of the captain, crew, or guide, we may suspend the tour or refuse your participation, as this could compromise safety. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

*Under the Okinawa Prefecture Water Safety Ordinance, wearing a life jacket while snorkeling is mandatory. You may not participate in the tour if you put on or take off your life jacket during the tour.

*If you have tattoos, please wear long-sleeved shirts or other clothing that covers them during the tour.

"About the Bonus Content"

Bonus #1: Underwater Camera: Even if you make separate reservations, if you are together on the day of the event, you will receive one camera per group.
Bonus #2: Drone Footage: Since we operate our drones only after obtaining approval from the relevant government agencies, there may be times when we cannot fly for safety reasons—even if other shops are flying—depending on weather conditions or other circumstances.

*The weather on Miyako Island is very changeable, and there may be changes or cancellations even right before the tour begins.

*Please understand that, since these are outdoor activities, we make decisions with your safety as our top priority and to ensure you enjoy your experience as much as possible.

*The event is usually held at Yaese, but depending on the weather and sea conditions, the location may be changed to spots around Ogami Island or Ikema Island.

*This activity is highly susceptible to changes in ocean conditions (such as tides), and depending on the situation, we may need to discuss changes or cancellations with you after your reservation has been confirmed.
