In the event of an accident involving a rented vehicle that requires repairs or parts replacement, the following amounts will be charged as part of the operating compensation for the repair period, regardless of the extent of the damage, the length of the repair period, or whether or not you have joined the exemption program.
(1) If the rental car is self-propelled: from 50,000 yen
(2) If the rental car is not self-driveable: from 100,000 yen
In the case of a serious accident, 100,000 yen may be charged even if the car is returned on its own.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that a reservation is cancelled for the customer's convenience, the following cancellation fee will be charged

Up to 8 days prior to tour: free of charge
7 to 2 days prior to the tour:50% of tour fee％
Day before - day of tour:10% of tour fee0 percent

Cancellations and changes must be made by phone during business hours up to 3 days in advance.

No cancellation fee will be charged in case of typhoon, poor sea conditions, or cancellation decision by the captain or guide.
