Facility Overview
Kataaki no Sato is a village-style lodging facility with wooden houses with red-tile roofs clustered on the premises, which is rare in Miyako Island. It is only a 15-minute drive from Miyakojima Airport, and is conveniently located for both going to the city center and the beach. The nine lodging houses stand side by side in a rich natural setting near the Ono Mountain Forest, providing a relaxing and healing environment unique to Okinawa. All nine lodgings can be rented out and the type of accommodation can be selected according to the number of guests; there are various types of rooms that can accommodate from 2 to 12 people, and they are equipped with open-air baths and kitchens, so you can relax as if you were at home. The fact that we have not bothered to install a TV is also a key point. You can also enjoy barbecue using Miyako Island ingredients in the lush garden.
