If any of the listed items apply to you, you will need to provide a doctor’s note on the day of the tour (issued within the past year, or within one week prior to the tour date if you are currently under medical observation). The doctor’s note must explicitly state that “it is safe for you to participate in snorkeling.” If this statement is not included, you will not be able to participate in the tour.

*Passengers who are feeling unwell (e.g., have a cold), are suffering from a hangover, have been drinking alcohol, are sleep-deprived, arrive late for the meeting time, are pregnant, or meet any of the criteria listed on the checklist will not be permitted to board. If any of these conditions apply, you will be denied participation, and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

*A license is required for this plan. If we are unable to verify your C Card on the day of the tour, you will be redirected to a snorkeling tour, and no refund will be issued for the price difference.

*If you fail to follow the instructions of the captain, crew, or guide, the tour may be interrupted or canceled, and no refund will be issued.

*Minors must have parental consent and be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

*On the day of the event, you may be asked to present a form of identification for age verification. If you are unable to present one, you may not be permitted to participate for safety reasons, and no refund will be issued.

*For safety reasons, participants who are 195 cm or taller, weigh 90 kg or more, or have a BMI of 30 or higher are not permitted to participate. No refunds will be issued.

*Guides and registration forms are available in Japanese only. If you are unable to communicate in Japanese, you will not be able to participate. No refunds will be issued.

*If you have tattoos, please cover them with a long-sleeved shirt or similar clothing during the tour.

*Depending on the number of participants or weather conditions, we may set sail together on a boat operated by another shop.

*We operate in accordance with the regulations of our governing body (PADI). The manual is updated periodically. Participants must wear a buoyant protective suit (wetsuit).

"About the Bonus Content"

*Note regarding the special offer: (If you arrive late for the meeting time, you will not be eligible for the special offer.)
Bonus #1: Underwater Camera: Even if you make separate reservations, if you are together on the day of the event, you will receive one camera per group.
Bonus #2: Drone Footage: Since we fly our drones only after obtaining approval from the relevant government agencies, there may be times when we are unable to fly for safety reasons—even if other shops are flying—depending on the weather or other conditions.

*The weather on Miyako Island is very changeable, and there may be changes or cancellations even right before the tour begins.
Please understand that, since these are outdoor activities, we prioritize your safety above all else and make decisions based on ensuring you have the best possible experience.

*The event is usually held at Yaese, but depending on the weather and sea conditions, the location may be changed to spots around Ogami Island or Ikema Island.

*This activity is highly susceptible to changes in ocean conditions (such as tides), and depending on the situation, we may need to discuss changes or cancellations with you after your reservation has been confirmed.
