*We strictly prohibit boarding the boat while under the influence of alcohol or engaging in dangerous behavior. To ensure safety, we may be forced to suspend the tour if you fail to follow staff instructions.
*To ensure a comfortable cruise, the standard passenger capacity is limited to 9 guests (for a maximum of 11 people, including the captain and crew). If you rent a jet ski, for safety reasons, up to 2 additional passengers are permitted per jet ski.
*You are welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks. To help protect our beautiful ocean, please take your trash home with you.
