Cancellation Policy

In the event that a reservation is cancelled for the customer's convenience, the following cancellation fee will be charged

Up to 8 days prior to tour: free of charge
7 to 2 days prior to the tour:50% of tour fee％
Day before - day of tour:10% of tour fee0 percent

Cancellations and changes must be made by phone during business hours up to 3 days in advance.

No cancellation fee will be charged in case of typhoon, poor sea conditions, or cancellation decision by the captain or guide.

*There are no convenience stores on Tarama Island. Since the opening hours of stores and restaurants are limited, please prepare water and snacks in advance in Miyako Island or elsewhere.

*In principle, the event will be held even in the event of rain, unless there is lightning, strong winds, or worsening sea conditions.

*Life jackets must be worn during activities in accordance with legal obligations.

*If you fail to follow the captain/guide's instructions, the tour will be suspended (no refund).

*Participation under the influence of alcohol or drinking alcohol during activities is strictly prohibited.

Q. What is the difference between the two?Are there places to buy food and drinks on the island?

There are no convenience stores on Tarama Island. Also, stores and restaurants have limited hours of operation.
We strongly recommend that those coming from Miyakojima on the day of the tour, as well as those staying the night before, prepare more water and snacks during the tour in advance at Miyakojima or elsewhere before crossing to the island.
To avoid having to spend your island time hungry and troubled, make full preparations in advance and enjoy the unspoiled nature to your heart's content!

Q. What is the difference between the two?Are there showers and restrooms available?

Yes, we will take you to a public shower facility after the tour.
Since we use the village's public facilities, they are rustic, but there are private hot showers and restrooms. You can wash off the tide and change your clothes after getting out of the sea.
