On participating in the event...

*Please wear comfortable walking shoes and clothing.

*Please note that you may not be able to participate if you are late for the meeting.

Weather/Safety

*Weather conditions may make it difficult to see the stars, but we will photograph and guide even on cloudy days.

*The event will be held in case of light rain, but we will make a decision based on safety considerations. In case of cancellation, we will notify you at least 1 hour prior to the start of the event.

*The tour may be cancelled on the day of the event if safety cannot be ensured due to strong winds or torrential rain.
